The Swindon based group with 27 franchises operating across
18 locations have been working with us on various email
marketing campaigns for the last nine months and have now appointed us
to develop their eCRM programmes.

Marketing Delivery are introducing Sales and Aftersales eCRM
programmes within the different franchises the group operates using the
dealer's own DMS data. By using the existing data
and automating the flow into our platform – SmartMail – we are able to cut out
duplication and capture the information at source.
In the case of Cambria we have pulled data from their DMS
and diary systems and take a daily extract so we are bang up to date with the
activity going on at the sites. We then trigger emails and text messages to the
guests that are relevant and timely.
